CGI World by i2 Services, Inc "Poll It" Script License
Agreement:

By installing the "Poll It" ("Software") or setting the permissions
so it is executable or altering the Software in any way, Licensee
agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement").

If Licensee does not agree to all terms of this Agreement, Licensee
must promptly destroy all copies of the Software and accompanying
documentation and files ("Documentation").

I. GRANT OF LICENSE

CGI World Software ("CGI World") hereby grants
to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Software and 
Documentation on the following terms:

A. No part of this software package can be reproduced or transmitted
in any form or by any means: electronic, mechanical, or otherwise,
without prior written permission of CGI World. You are allowed to 
upload the Software to your server for use as designated. The script
may not be uploaded such that the script itself is readable to the world.


B. No part of the programming can be altered unless permission is 
granted by CGI World. Exceptions to this include 
the variables documented as editable in the enclosed scripts.


C. The included program can not be used in any unlawful manner or in 
a way that would be construed as unlawful by the government or
equivalent.

D. No part of the program can be copied and re-sold under another
name.


II. TITLE

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and 
to the Software and Documentation shall remain in CGI World.
This Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United States
and international copyright treaties.



NO OTHER WARRANTIES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, CGI WORLD DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD
TO THE SOFTWARE, AND THE ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS.

files, are furnished under license and may only be used in accordance
with the terms of this license granted.
